چکیده
The aim of our study was to determine the phagocytic activity leukocytes and nitrosine tetrazolium test (NST - test) in dynamics experimental periodontitis (EP) immobilization stress (IS). It is established work that indicators studied by us, namely number, index NST increase on 3 rd, 5 th 15 days experiment. above tests have a high diagnostic value allow characterize degree inflammatory process participation individual parts body's defense mechanisms. obtained results make it possible express opinion polymorphonuclear take an active part formation EP IS, as well indicate stimulation metabolic processes leukocytes.
